Victory for LIFE! As you may recall, Arizona’s Pre-Roe law (reaffirmed by the Arizona Legislature in 1977) had an outstanding injunction against it in Pima County. This injunction was due to the Roe v. Wade ruling. Since Roe has been overturned, logically, the injunction should be lifted. Arizona’s Attorney General argued just that in court.
